Help CenterSelect this tab located at the top of the chat window.
Verify that your microphone is not muted (no line appearing through the mic icon in the live speech window).
Speak in your own language and the system will find the language you are speaking. You can also set the language to any of your choosing from the drop down menu.
You can also select the gender that you will be heard in (This only populates once you have a language chosen. Not all languages have male and female genders available).
When you speak, the system will translate your language into the participant’s preferred language and will display the text in the chat window.
