Music Mode is a special mode that will disable all audio processing including noise suppression and echo cancellation so that all of the subtleties of sound can be heard. When this mode is enabled it is recommended that all users wear headphones and mute their microphones when they aren’t speaking.

To enable this, select the Musical Notes found in the toolbar.

A popup appears that explains that all processing and noise reduction filters will be disabled. It is strongly recommended that all participants use headphones to avoid feedback and mute their microphones when they aren’t speaking.

Select “Yes, Start Music Mode”.

All participants will be removed from the room temporarily and brought back into the room. When Music Mode is enabled, the icon in the toolbar will be highlighted by a gray box.

To disable select the Musical Notes from the toolbar.

Select “Yes, Stop Music Mode” and as before, all of the participants will be removed from the room temporarily and then brought back to the room. The icon in the toolbar will no longer be highlighted indicating that Music Mode is disabled.
